As part of a refurbishment or as a stand-alone contract: typical projects involve extending existing properties with a modern contemporary or traditionally built extension using sustainable and carbon reducing build-methods.
Imperial Construction also design and build both contemporary and traditionally built orangeries. Many extensions and orangeries do not require planning permission and can be carried out using permitted development rights 2020 which will allow you to construct two stories or add an additional level to an existing one-story dwelling.
