Chartered Construction Manager | Quantity Surveyor | Loss Adjuster | Building Surveyor
With over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, Conal Kennedy MCIOB brings a wealth of knowledge, integrity, and professionalism to every project. As a Chartered Construction Manager and a member of multiple professional bodies, he has built a reputation for excellence across a wide range of disciplines, including quantity surveying, construction management, and building surveying, bringing projects in on time and on budget. His leadership at Imperial Construction is grounded in a deep understanding of both the technical and human aspects of construction. His commitment to quality, team leadership, transparency, and client satisfaction is the foundation of the company’s success.
A Personal Note
Outside of work, Conal enjoys a rich and active lifestyle rooted in family, nature, and community. He spends his free time hiking in the South Downs National Park, walking his dogs along West Wittering Beach, skiing, sailing, and capturing the beauty of the outdoors through photography. He is also passionate about giving back — regularly engaging in charity work and environmental initiatives. As a proud member of both the Goodwood Horseracing Club (GHRC) and the Goodwood Road Racing Club (GRRC), he enjoys spending time with family and friends. This blend of professional dedication and personal authenticity is what makes Conal approachable, trustworthy, and relatable — values that are reflected in every aspect of Imperial Construction.

Specialist Claims Handling Division
Our Specialist Disaster Restoration Insurance Reinstatement Teams professionally restore residential, ecclesiastical, and commercial properties back to their Pre-Loss Condition, to BDMA standards, including Fire, Flood, Storm, and Impact Damage. We work closely with Loss Adjusters, Insurance Companies, and Brokers, particularly on complex claims involving listed buildings, church properties, and period homes, under delegated authority.
