Small Works
Imperial’s small works division undertakes all property repairs, painting and decorating, external rendering and internal plastering. Typical projects also include small internal alterations, creation of additional rooms or creating extra internal spaces.
Small extensions, re-modelling and planned maintenance works – such as re-pointing and essential water ingress related issues or roof repairs – fall into the remit of small works.
Many long-term clients use our small works division regularly with some using small works as a springboard to kickstarting a much larger project whilst waiting on a planning application to progress works as certain small works do not require planning, only building regulations approval or it may even be a one-off project in the local area.
