Nutbourne Project nominated for Sussex Heritage Awards 2021
Imperial has been nominated for a Sussex Heritage Trust Award for 2021 and results from the judging teams who have reviewed our work will be announced on the 15th of September 2021 – Watch this space for the outcome!
The purpose of the awards is designed to recognise and award the highest quality conservation, restoration, and good design of newly built projects while encouraging the use of traditional skills and crafts.
The project for which we have been nominated was a Grade II listed private property refurbishment from our Built Heritage in Nutbourne, West Sussex using traditional skills and materials most suited to its original construction. The property now looks like a jewel in its surroundings.
Imperial Construction is immensely proud of what we do with a wide variety of projects having been completed to date including dilapidated adaptive reuse and refurbishment of buildings from our Built Heritage such as farm barns and outbuildings, homes and offices; contemporary extensions and orangeries; a complete structural re-modelling; and Quinquennial Repairs to church buildings. Conserving the past and building the future is what we are renowned for!
